Ballpark franks go organic in San Diego and St. Louis

December 3, 2004: San Diego’s Petco Park and St. Louis’s Busch Stadium will add certified organic hotdogs to the concession list next season, according to a report in USA Today. The hotdogs will sell for $4.00—a buck more than conventional varieties. Both parks are managed by Delaware North Companies Sportservice, which handles concessions at 21 major sports facilities nationally.
