Farm intern positions for highly diversified, organic, mixed-farm in Southern Alberta, Canada www.harvesthaven.com

Harvest Haven is an 80-acre mixed-farm close to Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. The farm features an organic food and health store where produce and meats from the farm are sold, as well as products raised or made off-farm. Crops include strawberries, raspberries, vegetables, hay and grain. Livestock includes beef cattle, sheep, turkeys, broilers and layers, all of course free-range and grass fed.

We seek candidates from mid-April to early October with a good work ethic, who enjoy physical labor, are willing to work together with farm members and other interns as a team and are interested in learning about organic agriculture. Accommodations in spacious, clean house and three home-made, organic meals per day provided. Six day work week with Sabbath rest day on Saturday. Emphasis on the spiritual aspects of life.
