Reappearance of FMD in Paraguay worries neighbors

ASUNCION, Paraguay, August 19, 2003 (Alejandro Sciscioli / IPS): Paraguay is off the World Organization for Animal Health’s FMD-free list after the another outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease hit the country’s cattle.
