Northern Ireland instates tough new anti-farm pollution laws

July 14, 2003, Belfast Telegraph: The Northern Ireland Department of the Environment will bring into force additional anti-pollution controls covering the repair, design, construction and siting of agricultural buildings, farm waste and agricultural fuel oil storage facilities. Similar measures are already in place in England and Wales.
