When will we be able to see market prices for poultry and
meat?

DEAR LANCE:
Unfortunately, because the retail organic meat market is
so new and still quite thin, we weren't able to find a consistent
and representative source for weekly farm-gate or wholesale
prices. We plan to continue investigating potential sources
for information on a regular basis. In the meantime, USDA's
Economic Research Service has wholesale organic poultry and
egg prices from 2004-2006 posted here.
We hope this helps, and stay tuned for more OPX updates to
come.
