Is there a university on the East Coast that offers a degree
in organic agriculture? If so, which one?

DEAR MICHELLE:
The University of Florida offers an undergraduate degree
in organic agriculture, as does Colorado State University
and Washington State University. Michigan State University
offers a 16-month certificate program. Right in your home
state, Central Carolina Community College offers an excellent
two-year sustainable agriculture program (see the article

and NC State’s extensive sustainable ag program place
